Abstract

 

The rapid advancement of technology has transformed the landscape of education, with online learning becoming increasingly prevalent. This paper investigates the impact of technology on student engagement in online learning environments. It explores various technological tools and platforms that can enhance student engagement, such as interactive learning activities, virtual simulations, and collaborative tools. The paper examines the factors that influence student engagement, including the design of online courses, the quality of instructional materials, and the level of instructor support. Additionally, it discusses the potential challenges and limitations associated with technology-enhanced learning, such as digital divide and technical difficulties. By understanding the complex interplay between technology and student engagement, educators can effectively leverage technology to create engaging and effective online learning experiences.
