Abstract

Timely indexing of scholarly content in Google Scholar is critical for enhancing the visibility and impact of academic work. This study investigates and compares the indexing speed between the widely used Open Journal Systems (OJS) and a newly developed custom conference platform, Leconfe. By analyzing a dataset of 200 articles published across both platforms between January and April 2025, we measure the average time taken for articles to appear in Google Scholar.
